Case Study - Repair Existing Exchanger

Carrier NSC can repair your existing exchanger.  Applications include: replacing tubes with new hi efficiency tubes and support sheets.  In addition, the NSC can reconfigure, modify or replace existing water boxes. Below is an example of a 4,500 Ton condenser being refurbished with new Tube sheets and tubes.

This particular unit is no longer being manufactured.  The Customer had 5 machines servicing a major university without any backup or ability to replace with similar equipment.  The NSC Built a replica of one of the existing 4500 ton machines as a critical spare.
